Personally, I have used Spyware Doctor to remove vundo. b and trojan. zlob and it has worked fine. Try shutting down all of your other programs and disconnect from the internet and run a full scan, not an intelli-scan. Then reboot and run another one. Each one should take at least 30 minutes if not more. I think that your problem is coming from a part of your registry that you might have deleted running all of those programs.
