Do You Think Vundo H Has Gone?

I ran Malwarebytes which found, quarantined and removed Vundo H, since then my documents has not been opening up on reboot, however my pc still takes ages to reboot. I have since rescanned with Malwarebytes and it isnt finding it anymore so do you think it has gone? I read that it can reappear after reboot but this is a few days worth of rebooting now and it still isnt finding it.

    It’s possible best bet is to download Spybot Search & Destroy from http://www.safer-networking.org
    It has a large dictionary of vundo infections that can find any remainder of it and eliminate it, although i suggest doing the scan in safe mode (Instructions below)
    1. When your computer is starting, press F8 Repeatedly
    2. Choose “Start in Safe Mode”
    3. Run your virus/anti-spyware scan and clean the infections.
    4. Reboot your computer as normal.
