How Can I Permanently Delete A Trojan.vundo.h??? Microsoft Office Question Too?

I have AVG anti-virus protector and i ran the scan and it says it got everything, but then 20 min later a warning msg will pop up saying trojan.vh. Its really getting annoying, and id rather not reboot my entire system because i will lose my microsoft office 2007, and i lost the disc so [...]
